- online sign-in is limited to 15 spots so majority of the space is available for drop ins
- you must arrive no later then 10 min before class at that point if you have not late cancelled out of a class your spot is given to the first drop-in in line.
- when you come to class please wait in line and you still have to scan your card or give us your name to check you into class
- you are able to book a week in advance
- if you cannot make your reservation it is your responsibility to remove yourself from that class (we cannot do this for you over the phone!) and then your spot is given away
- 3 strike rule - if you miss your reservation 3 times your privilege of online sign-in will no longer be available to you
- in order for online sign-in to be effective you must have a class package on your account which can be purchased online
Moksha class (90 min) -
40 poses practiced in a heated room designed to promote openess through your hips and strength through the upper body while detoxifying your entire body. Both standing and seated poses are practiced, giving a balanced cardiovascular workout.
Moksha class (75 min) -
The regular Moksha series condensed into 75min. The poses flow together with fewer pauses than the 90 minute class creating a vigorous, and fun class. Perfect for those that still want a workout in the morning but don't quite have the full 90 minutes to comit. Great for beginners.
Moksha class (60 min) -
The regular Moksha series condensed into one hour. The poses flow together with fewer pauses than the 90 minute class creating a vigorous, fun and quick class. Perfect for those on the go! Great for beginners.
Power Flow (90 min) - A challenging and innovative hot flow class inspired by Baron Baptiste and it is not suitable for beginners. Very cardiovascular, you are constantly flowing through poses.
Moksha Level 2 (90 min) - We build on the exisiting Moksha series with more advanced variations of the Moksha poses. This class is more of a flow style, and introduces more challenging balancing postures including arm balances. A great way to explore the depths of what the Level 1 classes have prepared you for. Recommended you take 20 Moksha classes before attempting Level 2.
Karma class - By donation ($5 min). Funds raised go to local charities. (No passes.) Suitable for all levels.
Community Class -
The 90 minute Moksha series lead by new instructors to the Moksha community. Classes are $5.00 drop or class passes apply. Suitable for students of all levels!
Hot Yin Yoga -
Most forms of Yoga practiced today are Yang, they emphasize muscular movement and contraction. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Yin postures are held three to five to ten minutes at a time. This type of practice complements the more muscular styles of Yoga and is a great aid for learning to sit in meditation.
Silent - This Moksha class is led in silence. We recommend a deep familiarity with the Moksha series prior to trying this class. Not suitable for beginners.
